Cedar Fair, Ltd.

This valuation encompassed the fixed assets (land, building improvements, machinery and equipment), required for internal auditing and financial restructuring. Four amusement parks were included - Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio; Valley Fair in Shakopee, Minnesota; Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Kansas; and Dorney Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania. All of the properties included water parks and Cedar Point also included two hotels, several restaurants, a campground and a 700-slip marina on Lake Erie. Our valuation of the real estate totaled approximately $190 million.
