| Harbor Pointe Apartments Due diligence for shareholder litigation involving several real estate limited partnerships formed during the late 1980s. We assisted the law firm that was appointed by the court to oversee the partnership liquidation. Our involvement included an evaluation of the marketing program from initial solicitation of offers through final negotiations, interviews with the management team, document review, property inspection and appraisal, settlement and distribution of proceeds. The two properties involved in this engagement were a 234-unit garden apartment complex in Florida and a 700-unit luxury development in southern California. |
