• Stroudsmoor Inn, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This country inn on 150 acres included a restaurant, lounge and banquet facilities, a variety of accommodations, indoor and outdoor pools, a bakery, village commons and restored shopping complex. The engagement included a feasibility study for a proposed expansion of the banquet facilities.
